The Balance Ball Kit includes a medium (65 cm) exercise ball, perfect for a low-impact total body workout. The kit comes with a workout guide that will help you exercise your abs, back, glutes, and upper and lower body. The workouts were designed by fitness expert Tanja Djelevic and are 105 minutes long.
The 65cm Balance Ball is suitable for users between 5'6" and 5'11" tall. You can use the stability ball for exercise and fitness, or even as an alternative office desk chair for active sitting. The kit also includes a medium green exercise ball specifically for yoga and Pilates, an easy-inflate air pump, and either a DVD or a digital download of the workouts. Please note that the packaging may vary.
When you first inflate your Balance Ball, you may need to re-inflate it once or twice to stretch it to its final size. Simply inflate the ball with air, let it stand for 24 hours, then deflate it by 50% before filling it up to a height of 65cm again. This will ensure that your exercise ball is at the perfect size for your workouts and active sitting.
